Memorial Day.... Cloudy and gloomy...

Okay scale is rockin at 245... so much better than the 300 it use to be... I am being tested with stress...yikes.... Got to be strong...Focus...Focus on something else...besides...the stress in my life...RAH go away stress....

Whew

Doing good, down to 55 pounds now.. been looking for lean and green recipes for my self and friends. Sure helps to jazz it up some.. My Bestie Shann is working on some good food also. She loves cooking and she is doing a great job.. I will put her link on my side bar... Also check out Sandy's kitchen link on my side bar... We are gonna be doing great... She has some great recipes with medifast foods... So if you try something and you like it. Give us some feedback would ya.

Nothing tastes as good as losing  55 pounds... My husband is now down 122 pounds... Woo Hoo.. and he fixed my bike I am going riding :)

Something I like to do is with the Medifast Cranberry mango drink. Mix it in the Shaker Jar with


 8 oz cold water.. Then put is and a a diet sierra mist in a large cup. Mix in the Cranberry 


Mango and wala... reminds me of Sherbet Ice Cream punch with the 7-up try it!!!

I was bad for me for a month.

Well, it's been a while. Had to go to Illinois to help take care of my grandfather while he passed away. During that time I was eating bars and eating a lean and green and other things (not on plan). So I was there a month and maintained my weight. I didn't drink water like I was suppose to. Which caused me to bloat, inflammation all over my body. Had no energy. Didn't sleep well because I was administering medicine for my grandpa almost every hour through the night. Couldn't sleep during the day at all. I had a 4 hour stretch of sleep once. I was not being good to myself. Stress was huge. Well, I got home on Tuesday. On Wednesday I was back on plan :). I have already lost 3 pounds. (water and inflammation I am sure). But, just wanted to update you on my badness and what I have been up to. So I am back on  Gettin off the fat bus. Yeah. I am going to feel a lot better in about 3 days :)
