Hey got a Few Questions for ya

What's your best weight loss secret/piece of advice?  I am conducting 2 polls, tell me what you have tried? Tell me what has worked for you... Any tips... Interact with me please

  1. vegetables -- If I get my recommended daily allowance of veggies, my healthy eating is golden.

    Weight loss advice-- Losing is easy. Keeping it off is the real challenge.

    I've tried commercial programs, doc supervised programs, dietician programs, and book diets.

    There's a peanut butter diet? Seriously?

  2. yeah there is a peanut butter diet back in the 80's there was one were you ate, peanut butter and hot dogs and tuna fish..for like 3 or 4 days...then you would do something else for the other 3 or 4 days and then you would stay off it for the next week... crazy... a person usually lost ten pounds and then it was back..
