Saboteur, Wally World and Advice from Lois

One thing I should say is I am on this Take Shape for Life... and Lois brought up a great topic. Losing the weight is the easy part. It's the maintenance, that is hard. This lifestyle plan that I am on use's the Medifast foods... but Then Take Shape For Life comes in and works with you on the Transition part. Where you develop your skills for eating healthy and staying healthy. Living a healthy lifestyle. After Transition your not left on your own. Then, there is the maintenance part... The part for Life.. so you never ever step on the Fat Bus Again. I love all the support I get from other people on the plan, who are in transition or on Maintenance. Also the support I am getting from friends and family. If your a Saboteur...

my new lifestyle doesn't allow me to be friends with you. That simple. Why would you want to hang with someone that doesn't support health? What are your feelings on Saboteurs?

  2. Yeah baby on the Veggies!!! I just wish there was someone other than me to fix them so I could just engulf them... Do you think there is a Veggie Preparation Fairy??? Just a thought; and if there is one I want first dibs on her.... :)

    As for Saboteurs there really is no room for them... Life is too short for people like that in your life anyways... Out with the negative I say!! I want to live happy and giggle not pick on people and put them down; again life is too short...

    Oh, did you know that if you eat a pound which is only 16 oz or 2 cups of celery a day it will lower blood pressure enough to not have to take medications for it... Besides being a diuretic it opens the blood vessels by relaxing the walls of the veins... I thought that was amazing and Steve is now eating celery every day and we are going to see how it works... I notice when I eat it everyday because I love the stuff my ankles don't swell... Anyhoo, look it up...
