What is a Lean & Green Meal?

When in the Weight Loss Getting Healthy Phase 1, a Lean & Green Meal  consists of :
Lean protein and vegetables once a day, or any time that works best with your schedule, You can prepare the Lean & Green Meal yourself, grab it on the go, or enjoy it in a restaurant -- as long as you follow the Lean & Green Meal Guidelines

Lean Meat
Leanest
Fish, Game meat, 98% lean meat or any meatless option protein
Leaner
Fish, 95%-97% lean meat or any meatless option protein
Lean
Fish, 85%-94% lean or any meatless option protein

Green
any three 1/2 cup servings of  Green Lower Carb to Higher Carb..

 So that is a Lean & Green...

My Lean & Green usually consists of

Taco Salad
2 cups of mixed Salad, a mix of  a 1/2 cup red peppers, celery, mushrooms
2 Tablespoons of Salsa
6 ounces of Ground Turkey with a Dry Mexican Seasoning..

It really is good. We have this at least twice a week.

  2. Thanks for visiting Lois. Putter has now lost 46 pounds. He is gonna leave me standing in the dust... but yeah I know I am a woman and he is a man.... blah blah blah...woman always get the weight and the cramps... lol

  3. Because Eve ate that damn apple!!! Bad Eve, Bad!!! We will pay for it forever! Slow metabilism, cramps, periods, hairy legs.... Damn Apple; to bad they didn't have chocolate to intice her!!!
